Ethiopia is accepted as the birthplace of Arabica coffee and harbors an astonishing biodiversity of species, so vast that some of them are yet to be named.  Coffee grown in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia is possibly the richest flavored coffee of this landscape that harbors en extraordinary diversity of tastes and flavors. It is the watery and green fields of Sidamo that creates the diversity in the area which makes the production of complex flavored coffees possible.
